In December 2021, Anthony Cole and I recorded a tech test/proof of concept for Sly History. In the beginning, this project was meant to be me having discussions with people while playing videos games together. The purpose of this particular conversation was to talk about Cole's interest in cartoons. However, when I listened back I was surprised at how such a simple topic evolved into a more in depth conversation. This made me reevaluate my entire approach to Sly History, and thus the podcast revolving around an interest's impact on one's life was born.

Due to minimum microphone quality on my end, a lack of understanding in recording audio levels of gameplay, and me having to leave the conversation for long periods to attend to my sleeping 1-year old in the other room, this video has been edited down to the best snippets. This is meant to serve as both a behind-the-scenes look at the early stages of Sly History, and as a supplement to Episode 8 - Cartoons Revisited w/ Anthony Cole.
